JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Accomplishes Human Resource objectives including :
- Recruiting , selecting , orienting , training , assigning , scheduling , coaching , counseling and discipling employees.
- Planning and reviewing compensation actions.
- Enforcing policies and procedures.
2. Achieves Accounting Financial objectives including :
- Prepare annual budget.
- Monitoring revenue and expenses.
- Coordinating the collection.
- Defining accounting policies and procedures.
JOB
REQUIREMENT
1.
Bachelor’s degree in Business
Management , Administration , or related field
2.
Minimum 4 years of relevant
experiences.
