JOB DESCRIPTION

1.   Accomplishes Human Resource objectives including :
  • Recruiting , selecting , orienting , training , assigning , scheduling , coaching , counseling and discipling employees.
  • Planning and reviewing compensation actions.
  • Enforcing policies and procedures.

2.   Achieves Accounting Financial objectives including :
  • Prepare annual budget.
  • Monitoring revenue and expenses.
  • Coordinating the collection.
  • Defining accounting policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1.   Bachelor’s degree in Business Management , Administration , or related field
2.   Minimum 4 years of relevant experiences.
